Jio is the largest Indian telecommunications company and secondary of Jio Platforms, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Jio is the part of the Reliance company. It operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 23 telecom circles. It doesn’t offer 2G or 3G service because it was launch in 2015 where people are entering in new technology i.e.4G, and offer only voice over LTE to provide voice service on its 4G network.

Jio soft-launched on 27 December 2015 with partners and employees, and became publicly available on 5 September 2016. As of 31 December 2019, it is the largest mobile network operator in India and the third largest mobile network operator in the world with over 386.5 million subscribers.

In 2019, Jio launched a fiber to the home service, offering home broadband, television, and telephone services. Since April 2020, Reliance Industries has raised ₹117,588.48 crore by selling 25.09% equity stock in Jio Platforms.

Ncell                          Ncell is the no. 2 in Nepal with a 46% share and was renamed 2010 from Mero Mobile. In 2015/6 it was sold to Telia to the Malaysian Axiata Group giving it a new logo.
